The following life settlement brokers have met the form filing requirements of Idaho Code §§ 41-1950 through 1965 and IDAPA 18.01.13. It is a violation of Idaho Code to engage in the business of life settlements until the life settlement contracts, disclosure statements and advertising materials are filed with the Department. The business of life settlements is defined as "an activity involved in, but not limited to, the offering to enter into, soliciting, negotiating, procuring or effectuating a life settlement contract."
