§41-914. Annual Report
Due: July 1, 2012
All electronic submission must be received by the Department on or before 07/01/2012.
Missing or incomplete documents will be considered as “not received” by the Department and therefore be marked as Incomplete Filing . Administrators who fail to complete the filing by July 1, 2012 will be considered in violation of §41-914, Idaho Code, Title 41 and may be subject to denial, suspension, revocation of license, or be imposed an administrative penalty pursuant to §41-117 Idaho Code.
