Notice of Change of Directors or Officers

Idaho is a Uniform State, which accepts the Uniform Certificate of Authority Application (UCAA).

Notice of Change:

Foreign insurers licensed in Idaho are not required to file separate notices of changes in officers and directors with the Idaho Department of Insurance provided the company files annual and quarterly financial statements electronically with the NAIC.

Biographical Affidavits:

Pursuant to the Idaho Code §41-2836, a foreign insurer is not required to file biographical affidavits.
