Idaho is a Uniform State, which accepts the Uniform Certificate of Authority Application (UCAA).
Notice of Change and/or Biographical Affidavits:
Foreign insurers licensed in Idaho are not required to file separate notices of changes in officers and directors nor biographical affidavits with the Idaho Department of Insurance provided the company files annual and quarterly financial statements electronically with the NAIC.
