Submit three (3) sets of the Amended Articles of Incorporation and a cover letter detailing the sections that were amended.
Note: Amendments must be certified by the company's corporate secretary with corporate seal and notorized signature.
Bylaws:
Submit two (2) sets of Amended Bylaws and a cover letter detailing the sections that were amended.
Note: Amendments must be certified by the company's corporate secretary with corporate seal and notorized signature.
Fees: There is no fee for these filings.
