	To view a company's complaint ratios, find out where it is licensed, and see summary financial information for the most recently completed year, visit the Consumer Information Source Home page (CIS) on the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Web site (NAIC). For tips on how to use this service, click here.
	To view and download one or more companies' financial statements and other financial reports filed with the NAIC in PDF format, visit INSDATA. A small fee may apply depending on the number of documents downloaded. To see the reports available, visit PDF Data Detail. 	Tips on Using the Consumer Information Source
Step 1 Once you are at the NAIC site, enter the name of the company and the state in which it is operating to start your search. Step 2 When results are returned, select the reports you want to see. Step 3 If you choose Financial Information, you can view a financial profile or get PDF statement data from INSDATA.

	Tips on Using INSDATA
		Step 1 You will be asked to either log in or sign up to set up your account before data can be downloaded.
		Step 2 Once you have established your account, you can select the company, year, and filing period.
