Reinsurance Only Company
Filing Requirements for Status Change
The following documents are required to process Reinsurance Only company status changes:
Name Change:
- A certified copy of Certificate of Compliance reflecting a new company name issued by state of domicile.
- Complete UCAA Form 2c.
Redomestication:
- A certified copy of Certificate of Compliance issued by a new state of domicile.
- Complete UCAA Form 2c.
For
all other status changes, please submit a written
notification with a brief explanation.
