Rates and Forms Public Records Information

The public records laws require the filings of company rates/rules/forms to be open for public review.  You may come in to the department to view these filings and make copies for a fee.  There is no charge for up to 100 pages.  Once the copies exceed 100 pages the charge is five cents per page beginning with page 101.  If you do not live in the area, you may obtain the services of one of the staffing agencies in Boise.  The current list of agencies include but not limited to:
