Voluntary Withdrawal of Certificate of Authority
Idaho is a Uniform State, which accepts the Uniform Certificate of Authority
Application (UCAA
).
The following documents are required to process a withdrawal of the Idaho
Certificate of Authority.
Submit:

The letter of request to withdraw from doing business in Idaho; briefly
explaining the reason (e.g. Merger).

Original Certificate of Authority.
Note: If you cannot locate the original Certificate of
Authority, please submit the Affidavit - Loss of Certificate of Authority
certified by a company's authorized officer with notary's signature.
Fees: There is no fee for this filing.
