Course Renewal Information

Courses may be renewed through Sircon with attachments submitted via email to ce@doi.idaho.gov.

To renew a course, submit the following:

  • Exhibit A or NAIC CER Form and State Approval
  • Course outline or Exhibit B
  • Supporting course material – please include the expiring course number and provider name in the attachment email header
  • Instructor bio
  • $25 fee per course
  • If the original application included a bound copy of the text and the course has not expired, the text is in our files and does not need to be resubmitted.
  • Forty-five days prior to the course expiration date, letters are mailed to notify providers of expiring courses. Please read and follow all instructions in the letter. Include the expiring course number and expiration date on the renewal application.
  • Providers are obligated to update their records to reflect the new expiration date
