Licensing Fees
The Schedule of Fees Rule 18.01.44 become permanent following the 2002 legislative session ending March 18, 2002.
The new fee schedule is as follows:
| Business and individual producer license application fee | $80 |
| (No fee charged for adding additional lines of insurance to an existing license.) | |
| Fingerprint fee (first time resident applicant) | $60 |
| Business and individual producer license renewal fee | $80 |
| Adjuster license application | $80 |
| Adjuster license renewal fee | $80 |
| Surplus lines brokers application fee | $80 |
| Surplus lines brokers license renewal fee | $80 |
| Administrators (TPAs) application fee | $300 |
| Administrators (TPAs) license renewal fee | $80 |
| Reinsurance intermediary application fee | $80 |
| Reinsurance intermediary license renewal fee | $80 |
| Managing general agent (MGA) application fee | $80 |
| Managing general agent (MGA) license renewal fee | $80 |
| Producer service of process fee | $30 |
| Title insurance license fee | $50 |
Effective 7/01/01 there are no fees for the following:
- Adding additional lines of insurance to an existing license
- Letter of clearance, certification and verification
- Appointments, registrations and terminations
- Duplicate Licenses
