Independent Review Organizations - Comment Period
The following independent review organizations (IROs) have made application for licensure to conduct external reviews as required by the Idaho Health Carrier External Review Act. Each of these IROs has provided documentation of accreditation by URAC, an independent nonprofit organization.
Currently, there are no IRO applicants in their 42 day comment period.
The deadline for public comment (42 days) is listed with the IRO information above. The Department invites you to comment on these applicants using the buttons displayed above.
After the public comment period is expired, the department will review and consider the written comments in determining whether to approve the IRO's application.
